How to merge several audio tracks into one file?


Introduction

If you'd like to merge a bunch of audio tracks into one file, Soft4Boost Audio Studio is always ready to help, even if your input files are of different formats. Follow these easy steps to get one output track of the required format.


Step 1: Download and install Soft4Boost Audio Studio

Click here to download it. After the download is finished, run the S4BAudioStudio.exe file and follow the installation wizard instructions.

Step 2: Run Soft4Boost Audio Studio and open an audio file

Run the Soft4Boost Audio Studio executable using the desktop shortcut or the Programs section of the Start menu. To open an audio file for editing click the Open button on the Home tab of the Ribbon Command Bar.

Step 3: Set the effect application area

To add the second file to the first track click the black arrow under the Open button on the Home tab and select the Open and Append option in the emerged drop-down menu. In the opened Windows Explorer window browse for the required file.

It will be added to the end of the first track. The name of the input file remains unchanged, but the asterisk symbol emerges above it. In the same way add other tracks that you need to have in one audio file. To check if the audio file contains all the tracks you need and there are no unnecessary silence moments use the Audio Player at the Bottom Toolbar.

Step 4: Save the resulting audio

Click the black arrow under the Save button on the Home tab and select the Save as option to save this track with any name, location, format which can suit your needs best. Now when you have one file, which contains all the tracks you needed, you can proceed editing it taking advantage of various effects that Soft4Boost Audio Studio offers you.
