If you are having any kind of troubles with our software, most probably, these problems are already fixed! This is why before you apply for support via e-mail or online support form, we kindly ask you to download the latest available version of our software, install it and try to check if this will eliminate your problem.

I lost all data on my HDD/bought a new computer/cannot register my software/need a new password.

If you need a new license key or cannot register your copy of our software, please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., including your name, email and Order ID (if known). We are happy to provide you your registration code again. I have tried re-installation and I have read your FAQs but I'm still experiencing difficulties.

If you tried the above-listed tips and they were of no avail to you, do write to us! Please read these guidelines in order to receive a solution to your problem ASAP:

  • What can I do in order to get high-quality support IN TIME?
    Check that your spam filter is adjusted so that you are able to receive mail from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. This is very important of late the occurrences when our support cannot reach our customers in time because our letters are being rejected by their anti-spam programs, are becoming rather frequent. We answer ALL support requests within 48 hours, but usually it takes much less time. It is most preferable that you use the online support form. This way you can be sure that your inquiry reaches us. Please check that you give a VALID e-mail address.
  • What information should I provide in my letter to be able to receive help as fast as possible?
    Please be as detailed as possible. If you are experiencing problems with hardware incompatibility, specify the EXACT MODELS of your HDD, CPUs, etc, depending on the problem you have. Give a step-by-step description of your actions, error messages, when they appear. This way it will be possible for us to reproduce your error and fix it.
  • Your software does not do what I need, I would like my payment refunded.
    If for some reason you are not satisfied with our software and would like your payment to be refunded, please check our refund policy page.
